    I had a fantastic experience with Bardon Physio. I've had a bad left knee for 8 years now (Dislocated 11 times from football injuries) and had all but given up on seeking medical advice. I have had appointment with many doctors and physio's prior and always received the same advice which I felt made no difference. After some encouragement from my girl friend, I agreed to go to Bardon Physio. Ben actually took the time to hear about my back ground, my previous experiences with physio's and asked about the previous exercises and recommendations I had tried. Ben then provided some ideas and exercises to employ which have made such a profound difference. I am now finally comfortable running again and completing low weight leg exercises without the use of support. I feel like I am on track to getting back to my old self and living the lifestyle I used to live. I honestly can not recommend Ben at Bardon Physio highly enough and am so thankful for the help he has given me.
